Working on my blog design. I’ve actually made a new layout for it last night. I think it looks much better.

Will work on getting it fixed tomorrow. I will hire a programmer to slice the .psd file and make a layout for it to integrate with my WordPress.

I will also install most of the WordPress Plugins and stay tuned for more articles on Blogging and Affiliate Marketing. I was also be talking about Search Engine Optimization as I start promoting my blog.

I will be learning and teaching as I go along. That’s one thing great about this industry. Is the fact that it’s more of a learning industry. Nothing is set or in stone. Most people in the industry excel and learn through Trial and Error.

PPC Updates

I have been working on an excel file, with all my campaigns and keywords.

I broke my campaign into smaller groups so it’s easier to manage. I hope to add about 30-50 new ad-groups a day.

I’m going to work on getting on Content Network, Search Network and Image Ads.

Stats for Today

I spent about $650 today to make $480 profit.

Any advice from other experts who are smarter then me, please share some insight.

Today, is sunday. Their are a few things I am focusing on, which are: Fitness and my PPC Campaigns. I will also be working on my other content/e-commerce websites.

Fitness Tip: I will be running 30-45 mins after I eat cereal when I wake up in the morning. While, I eat cereal focus on a to-do list. I want to wake up at 6-8am in the morning. I will run for 45mins then 60mins after 1 week of running 45mins. I will run when I wake up and at 12 or 3pm in the afternoon. Do a few chores around the house. I will be eating clean but with-in the next few days develop a diet plan to follow throughout the week. An have a few cheat meals on the weekends.

Productivity Tip: I am looking for a good task or collaboration site to help me organize my daily tasks more. I will post once I find a decent site that can accomplish the task. It will also have To-DO List, Notes, etc.

Tomorrow, is a new week. I plan to make this week very productive. I will work 6-8 hours a day each week of this week. I will be logging the hours I work.

Current PPC Daily Profit: I am currently in the $150-$400+ area. Past few days its been at $280, today has been at $413 profit. This is likely to increase with-in the week if I accomplish my 6-8 Hour Work Days for this week.

PPC Campaigns Update: I still currently have only 1 niche, I am working. I can make a lot of money in this one niche an easy $10-20k gross a day is easily possible. I will start testing new ones as soon as I am at around $1,000 day profit. But I definitely plan to keep scaling my existing campaign.

Credit Card Tip: It is a very good idea, to use credit cards. If you are sure, you are profiting. I am currently using my credit cards to pay for my PPC expenses. I have so far spent $11,000 on my credit cards. I am currently with Bank of America. I will look into signing up for an American Express card and use both. I pay them weekly as soon as I receive my wire transfer from the Affiliate Networks.

I will keep scaling my campaign and bringing my gross up. The more I spend, the faster I can get bigger credit lines, etc. I’m going to work my up to using an AMEX Card.

Going to take a while to get some history going. But if the requirement is $250,000 a year. That’s about $21,000 a month, you would need to spend to get the card.

In our Industry, that is not HARD at all ;)!

So we must all work towards getting our own AMEX Black Card. I’ve listed some notes on the Amex Black Card below.

Edit: Late Night Update - I went and applied for a Business Gold Rewards Card directly from AmericanExpress.com.

You get 5% cash back on Yahoo Search Marketing expenses WOOT! That’s great news.

So far this month, I believe I’ve spent about $12,000 in Yahoo Search Marketing Costs.

$12,000 * 5% = $600 (I could of had)

I’m currently with a Bank of America Business Card, that sucks ass. So I hope I get a big spending limit.

They mentioned, No preset spending limit* or finance charges, plus an extended payment option.

And also, Emergency towing, flat tire repair, battery boost, fuel delivery or emergency lock out service, at no cost to you (similar to AAA).

I believe, is a good feature. That I will definitetly be using.

I was also taking a look at the Centurion AMEX Black Card. Wonderful Card.

I have been waiting for this blog to be finished, so I haven’t been posting.

I’m going to continue updating my blog, although my layout is still not finished. Links on menus are mainly placeholders for now, till I get the WordPress Plugins installed.

PPC Affiliate Marketing Updates
I have been running just 1 PPC campaign at the moment. It’s averaging about $100-$350 a day in profit.

Currently, my keywords are all just dumped in random ad groups so there are 30-100 keywords in some ad groups.

This is bad, because it affects my quality score on yahoo. You end paying more for clicks.

Ad Copy affects how many times your ad is clicked. Better ad copy the more clicks you receive, for the same amount of impressions.
So our goal is to maximize the most amount of traffic possible per keyword or ad groups, we create.

That means,
Great Quality Score for ad group
Ad Copy Testing to increase clicks with the same amount of impressions.

To track everything, you would need a Tracking Software.

The program I use is Tracking202.com they also just developed a self hosted version of the script that you can run, on your own dedicated server. It must be on a dedicated server.

In the meantime,

I will be working on Re-Creating my Campaign with most converting keywords in their own ad-groups.

They will have 2-4 targeted ads that I will be monitoring.

Keywords will be Exact Match if they are converting.

You must have be very organized since you will be dealing with a ton of different things.

I will break up my campaigns depending on how deep you can go in the niche.

I will have “niche1-test” or “niche1-converting” or “niche-goodkws”, my ad-groups will be titled. It doesn’t matter what it’s called its mainly How you will understand it. It’s your campaigns and your ad groups so you must organize it so YOU can remember it and its easily accessible.

I will also be expanding my current keywords list and searching for all Products, Versions, Misspellings, and any other variations of the niche I am in.

I’ll be working on gettign some tutorials or step-by-step instructions on some Affiliate Marketing stuff for new people getting started in the industry.

That’s about it today. Got to get working. Seems like most people in this industry are working long hours.
